Case study
Echo
AI literacy in ten episodes. Play first, then learn how AI works, how to catch it when it's wrong, and how to use it well.
Arr! A black hole be a patch o' space where gravity grips so hard that not even light can sail away…
Who it's for
Students first, with tracks for adults, non-technical business teams and small-business owners to follow. Same core ideas, different scenarios for each audience.
What learners do
Episode 1 hands them an AI sidekick with five superpowers, then reveals some of its answers were confidently wrong. In Episode 2 they race, train and tune a real mini AI running in the page, and watch it make the same mistake from nothing but true facts. In Episode 3 they fact-check Echo with a search engine, a library and a who's-behind-this check. In Episode 4 they train an Echo with their own thumbs-ups and meet one trained to flatter. In Episode 5 they write real prompts while a live analyser shows what's missing. In Episode 6 they find the broken step in Echo's working and teach it a format by example. In Episode 7 they audit citations sentence by sentence and supervise an AI agent. In Episode 8 they run a learning experiment on themselves, and Echo tutors them on their weakest skills. In Episode 9 they simulate an AI-planned exam week and spot AI-powered scams. The finale turns their choices into personal AI rules and a certificate.
The Primer principles at work
Why it works.
The whole series is shaped like one social post. Episode 1 is the hook: no theory, just play.
Realistic planted mistakes: a famous-name swap, a near-synonym swap, a total that doesn't add up.
Learners find the mistakes themselves. Hints escalate from the message to the exact sentence.
Episode 2 brings back the exact mistake this learner missed in Episode 1, then shows how it happens inside a real model.
Under the hood
Tap "See how it's built" in any episode: the episode's shape, the principle behind each beat, the planted mistakes and a live log of the learner's moves.
Status. All ten episodes are live. A 3-week practice challenge with a real AI tool, and a capstone project, are in production.
